I enjoyed being there, the place is airy.
Outstanding service and rich breakfast, very scenic location. The twin room was good standard and breathtaking, with iron/ironing board and soundproofing. A lovely beach, panoramic view. Also, rspb st aidan's nature park was 4 km away.

The view was nice and the breakfast was super. The bedroom was large, enjoyed it. Good pool area too. Cocktail bar with well priced drinks.
-
Clean hotel with a very attentive staff and a hot breakfast. Bed was very lovely, room was warm and fabulous. Incredibly comfortable location and domestic area. I visited main bar and liked complementary drinks. The service at this lovely central property was helpful.
-
Fabulous central position, we liked staying here.
We had a fun 3 nights stay. The very enthusiastic staff working throughout the hotel. Had bottled drinks in the downstairs bar.
-
I loved the stay. Very neat, ideal location, considerable staff. Breakfast was relatively good, with lovely dishes. The provided service was decent too. It was across the local area.
-
everything about it was good.

There is a lovely reception to relax in. Room was a good value. In addition, WiFi was handy. The breakfast was always fine, loved it.

Convenience
When we arrived the hotel had booked us into 2 double rooms and we wanted 2 twin rooms on the booking it did only say double or twin which really we should have had the option but I cant remember if it did ot not. Luckily enough though the hotel did have one twin room therefore we did sort it our between ourselves as I was with my sister in law and we have shared rooms on several occastion so this did not pose a problem however it could have done.

Facilities/staff
I booked a room, and when I got there, only a smoking room was available. I am a non-smoker and I very much hate the smell. The room was very smokey and by the end of the weekend, all my clothes were smokey.

The food is always good.
The place is falling apart and very poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the price. I've only used it a couple of times to meet a colleague. I will not stay there again.
-
It was over all a plesant stay.Thank you I would recomend it to any one.
-
The day staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room smelt of urine. Also the charges for Breakfast were really expensive. We asked for the hotel to book us a taxi and the firm used drove us over 20 miles out of the way and charged us £10 more than we had been told by the hotel.

Hotel had character, friendly staff on arrival, room comfy.shower superb.evening buffet very good.bar prices a little ott. Morning reception staff very helpful. Disabled friendly, thats good.would use holiday inns again.thankyou
Breakfast staff disinterested.first time there,we where given no indication as to procedures.no indication hot food self service.no one checking hot food levels, had to ask then wait for fried eggs.danish pastries not cooked right, frozen product I used as a professional chef, how can they get it wrong, they where all doughy in the centre. But food selection good, but premier inns have the advantage for breakfast, over service, staff friendlyness, courtesy, helpfulness, not so much standing chatting to each other. But I would use the facility again.
